Non-Partisan Congress Website

Website to Foster Non-Partisan Collaboration

Non-Partisan Congress is an educational organization poised to reshape the political landscape of the United States. With its legal status as a 501 C (4) pending, it stands as a beacon for non-partisan governance.

This new website showcases the existing and perhaps majority sentiment within Congress, today, for a de-politicized, Non-Partisan National Legislature. Over 100 Members of Congress appear in Non-Partisan Congress’s linked video channel, collectively making the case for a Non-Partisan Congress, in keeping with Federal law that prohibits partisan political activity in the Federal workplace during work hours ( Title 5 US Code § 7324).

Key Features Available on the Website:

  • About Non-Partisan Congress: Learn about the organization’s mission, vision, and the team behind the initiative.
  • Title 5 US Code § 7324 (The Hatch Act): Explore detailed information about Title 5 US Code § 7324 and its implications for mandating a Non-Partisan Congress.
  • The Non-Partisan Congress Documentary: Watch the preview of a new documentary that highlights the existing Congressional sentiment to make Congress officially non-partisan featuring over 90 members of Congress.
  • News and Public Relations: Stay updated with the latest news, press releases, and public statements from Non-Partisan Congress.
  • Support Non-Partisan Congress Page: Support Non-Partisan Congress financially, or by volunteering. You can help further the mission of fostering a Non-Partisan Congress.
  • Get Involved: A dedicated section for members of Congress, U.S. citizens, and political educational groups to get involved and stay informed and help us achieve a Non-Partisan Congress, sooner than you think.

The website is also integrated with Non-Partisan Congress’s social media environments, providing a seamless experience for users to engage with the organization across multiple platforms.

Dan Bolling, Founder of Non-Partisan Congress, stated: “We are excited to launch this new website as a hub for our community to come together, collaborate, and support achievement of a Non-Partisan Congress. Sooner than you think. Because it’s already the law.“

Our goal is to bring together individuals from all political backgrounds to collaboratively achieve a Non-Partisan Congress, consistent with US Federal law, that prohibits Federal Employees from engaging in partisan political activity while on duty, or in the Federal workplace.

The launch of the new website marks a significant milestone for Non-Partisan Congress as it continues to build momentum towards formalizing the Non-Partisan Congress Caucus in the House of Representatives by 2025. Non-Partisan Congress is committed to transcending political divisions and building a legislative future around the “more perfect union” our Founding Fathers proclaimed as the first national priority in the US Constitution.

Nonpartisan Congress Inc will help chart Congress’s course toward a viable and rewarding new  Non-Partisan era.  It’s The Law.

Founded by Dan Bolling and headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, Non-Partisan Congress aims to bridge the partisan divide by creating a platform for collaboration. Our mission is to enhance non-partisan cooperation in Congress, laying the groundwork for a future where unity and shared goals are the norm, and Congress adheres to the law. We believe that Members of Congress do not want to be painted as being “above the law”. Congress’s self-exemption to the Hatch Act (Title 5 USC §7324) places Congress above the law and fosters political polarization in the Federal workplace that is counterproductive and is actually illegal for all other Federal Employees. The vast majority of Congress Members will want to say, in regard to Title 5 USC §7324, “We are not above the law.”
