Partisanship and Productivity.

Existing law, Title 5 U.S. Code § 7324, already prohibits partisan political activity by Federal Employees during the workday. Members of Congress are Federal Employees. Furthermore, the Rules of the House of Representatives states "those who make [the laws] shall not exempt themselves". Does your Member of Congress assert "Congress is exempt" ? Consider asking your Representatives and Senators, simply "Why?"
